Application For New Students and Registration For Returning Students

Application Process For New Students

Our application for the 2018-19 school year is now open.  

  • Review the Policies and Procedures
  • Complete the Online Registration Form.
  • Print and sign the Consent and Liability Release Form.
  • For students in grades six through nine, you must submit the final report card from the 2017-18 school year. For students in grades 10 – 12, you must submit an unofficial transcript to verify the child’s grade point average.
  • Application deadline is 5 p.m., September 18, 2018.

    Registration Process For Returning MSEN parents/students

    This is for MSEN students who participated in the program during the 2017-18 school year and for new MSEN students who have been accepted by their school (Carnage & Ligon Middle Schools only) into the program by their school’s lead MSEN advisor. Annually, each student is required to pay a non-refundable registration fee. 
    For the 2018-19 school year, please read our Policies and Procedures document for information on our registration fees and payment options.

  • Print and sign the Consent and Liability Release Form.
  • For students in grades six through nine, you must submit the final report card from the 2017-18 school year (unless you attend Carnage or Ligon).   • Registration deadline is September 28, 2018.

    The NC-MSEN Pre-College Program at NCSU is available for students who live anywhere in the Raleigh-Durham metro area, Fayetteville area, and northeastern North Carolina including Vance, Warren, Northampton, Halifax, Rocky Mount, Nash, Wilson, and Edgecombe. There are three other NC-MSEN Pre-College Program sites across North Carolina. Students may participate at the program site that is closest to their home.
